Before founding Vivexa, Theo spent more than a decade with a global life sciences recruitment firm, holding senior leadership roles, building recruitment teams and supporting more than 850 international appointments across over 150 organisations.
Alongside recruitment, Vivexa publishes The CROnicles and hosts The Human Protocol podcast, exploring the people, partnerships and strategic developments shaping drug development and the CRO sector.
Theo also contributes to discussions on clinical operations, workforce strategy, women’s leadership and responsible technology adoption. She is Chair of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s Central and Eastern Europe region, an EMEA Board member and founding leader of HBA Bucharest.
Looking ahead, Vivexa is focused on becoming an increasingly trusted specialist partner to CROs and emerging life sciences organisations across Europe and North America.
